Mark Carroll has enjoyed working in downtown Fort Lauderdale for over 36 years where his practice areas have included personal injury, wrongful death losses, and truck and motorcycle claims. His legal experience also includes business litigations, contract law and landlord/tenant disputes.

In the area of personal injury law he’s been involved in many cases beyond the usual auto accident or slip and fall including, assault and battery in nightclubs and misconduct by security guards and police officers. As a long time motorcycle rider Mark can bring a special depth of experience to the complex and often catastrophic injury and loss of a motorcycle accident.
