Mark has never narrowed his practice to one field of law but is equally conversant in business and commercial disputes as well as in personal injury and losses. He enjoyed partnership with the forty year old firm of Fazio, Disalvo, Cannon, Abers, Podrecca, Fazio & Carroll where he represented both plaintiffs and insurers. This broad experience has enabled additional tools and perspectives that may be key in a successful outcome. He has handled many cases of public notice and is often energized by the new and changing opportunities and dangers in South Florida. Many of his friends and partners retired and his old firm closed in 2014. He has practiced with his own firm since.

A native of Fort Lauderdale, Mark attended St. Anthony’s Catholic Church and elementary school where his father was the first Deacon and graduated from the nationally recognized St. Thomas Aquinas High School. He majored in English with a premedical concentration at the University of Notre Dame and received his law degree from the University of Florida Law School. Mark has been Board Certified since 1999 by the Florida Bar in the specialty of Civil Trial Law. He is also a member of the State Bars of the District of Columbia in Washington D.C. and the wild and wonderful state of West Virginia. He has been admitted to the Southern District of Florida trial bar and the United States District Court in Charleston, West Virginia. Mark has advocated cases before the county and circuit courts of Palm Beach, Broward, Dade, and Monroe counties.
